Job Description

We are looking for dedicated and skilled Concrete Workers to join our construction team for infrastructure and building projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in pouring, leveling, finishing, and repairing concrete in accordance with project specifications. The role requires physical strength, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of concrete worksite practices.

Responsibilities

-Prepare construction sites by cleaning, leveling, and setting forms and molds for concrete
-Mix, pour, and spread concrete using hand tools or power equipment
-Finish concrete surfaces using trowels, screeds, and other specialized tools
-Apply hardening and sealing compounds to cure surfaces
-Interpret blueprints, drawings, and instructions from supervisors or engineers
-Set up reinforcement materials (rebar, wire mesh) as per design specifications
-Operate machinery such as concrete mixers, vibrators, and cutting saws
-Repair and patch existing concrete surfaces when necessary
-Follow safety protocols and ensure a clean and hazard-free work area
-Work collaboratively with other team members to meet project deadlines

Qualification

-Certification or training in construction or concrete technology (preferred, not required)
-Experience working on residential, commercial, or civil engineering projects
-Ability to communicate in English or the local language
-Familiarity with European construction standards

Skill & Experience

-Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a concrete worker or in general construction
-Familiarity with tools and equipment used in concrete pouring and finishing
-Understanding of concrete mixtures, curing times, and finishing techniques
-Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
-Physical stamina and ability to perform heavy labor in various weather conditions
-Attention to detail and strong work ethic
-Commitment to safety and quality standards
