Job Description

We are hiring experienced Layher Scaffolders to work on industrial, commercial, and construction sites across Lithuania. Candidates must be skilled in erecting, modifying, and dismantling Layher modular scaffolding systems in compliance with EU safety and operational standards.

Responsibilities

* Erect and dismantle Layher Allround / Layher Blitz scaffolding systems
* Interpret and follow scaffold drawings and technical plans
* Ensure structural stability and safety at all stages of scaffolding
* Use appropriate tools to secure components, guardrails, toe boards, and braces
* Inspect scaffolding components for damage or wear before use
* Work at various heights with proper use of harness and PPE
* Cooperate with site engineers, supervisors, and health & safety officers

Qualification

High School Diploma
Technical or vocational education Certificate
Certification in scaffolding safety and Work at Heights training
Formal scaffolding training or apprenticeship

Skill & Experience

* Proficient in erecting and dismantling Layher modular scaffolding systems.
* Ability to read and interpret scaffold drawings and plans.
* Strong knowledge of site safety and fall protection procedures.
* Physically fit to work at heights and in demanding conditions.
* Skilled in using scaffolding tools and equipment effectively.
* Holds valid certification in scaffolding and working at heights
