Job Description
A Site Manager – Electrical Installation is responsible for supervising and managing all on-site electrical installation activities, including planning, execution, and quality control. The role involves coordinating with electricians and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with electrical drawings, safety regulations, and project timelines, managing materials and resources, resolving technical issues, and liaising with clients and project stakeholders to ensure successful and timely project delivery.
Responsibilities
Site Management & Execution:

Plan and supervise all electrical installation activities onsite.

Ensure compliance with design drawings and safety standards.
Technical Oversight:
-
Interpret electrical schematics and diagrams.

Oversee cable tray, conduit, wiring, and equipment installations.

Ensure proper testing and commissioning.
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE):

Enforce HSE regulations.

Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments.
Progress Monitoring & Reporting:

Provide daily progress reports.

Identify and resolve bottlenecks.

Maintain documentation and records.
Resource & Material Management:
-
Coordinate material deliveries.

Control material usage and manage tools/equipment.
Qualification
Diploma or Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Skill & Experience
Strong understanding of IEC/NEC standards, excellent leadership and problem-solving skills, proficiency in MS Office and project tracking tools.
