Job Description
The Laundry Staff will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of all hotel linens, towels, and other items. The primary duties of the Laundry Staff will include sorting and washing linens and towels, ironing and folding them, and ensuring that they are returned to the appropriate departments in a timely manner. The Laundry Staff will also be responsible for maintaining the laundry equipment, ensuring that it is in good working condition at all times.
Responsibilities
- Sort, wash, dry, fold, and iron hotel linens, towels, and other items in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure that all laundry equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition
- Maintain inventory of all hotel linens, towels, and other items
- Keep laundry area clean and organized
- Ensure that all laundry chemicals are properly labeled and stored in a safe manner
- Report any equipment or maintenance issues to the Laundry Supervisor
- Provide excellent customer service to hotel guests and staff
Qualification
High School Diploma
Skill & Experience

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in laundry services preferred
- Knowledge of laundry equipment and chemicals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Physical Requirements : Ability to stand for extended periods of time
