Job Description

A Welder is responsible for cutting and joining metals and other materials using various welding techniques. They read and interpret blueprints and designs, measure and align workpieces, and use hand-held or remotely controlled equipment. Welders maintain equipment, adhere to safety protocols, and inspect structures and components to ensure the highest quality of welding. They often work in manufacturing, construction, or auto repair, requiring precision, attention to detail, and knowledge of metallurgy. Welders must be skilled in various welding methods like TIG, MIG, and arc welding.
