Job Summary:

As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance Java applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and robust solutions that meet the needs of our clients and customers.

• Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Java Developer (insert years, typically 2-5/5+ years).
  • Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, etc.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Development: Develop, test, and deploy high-quality Java applications and components.
• Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
• Debugging and Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve software defects and performance issues.
• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for application development and maintenance.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to improve development processes and product quality.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Skill & Experience

• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Java programming language.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
  • Experience with web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (e.g., Angular, React) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and ORM technologies.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Knowledge of build tools (e.g., Maven, Gradle) and CI/CD pipelines.
